Audiovisual Services and Equipment
Permanently installed media stations are in the general-use classrooms and lecture halls. The stations include computer and video projectors, VHS-DVD and CD players, and wireless microphones. Instructors must bring their own laptop to class. Complete information for media stations is at http://mediacenter.ucsd.edu/service_pages/mediastations.html

If you need equipment not available at the media station, contact Jenny Cantor (jcantor@ucsd.edu, 44299) to place a special order. Make special requests 72-hours in advance to avoid expensive late fees.
Besides assisting you with your equipment needs, Jenny will help you to located and reserve media for in-class viewing. Media requests should be made at least one month before the viewing date.
Before the start of the quarter, instructors and TAs should review their audiovisual requirements with Jenny Cantor.
Instructors who have extensive or unusual audiovisual requests, should check with the Student Affairs Manager to make sure that funding is available.
